With Non geographic Numbers you are using an intelligent network with many advanced features. This will transform your telephone number from a simple call delivery service to a highly featured communications system.

Online Destination Setup

You can change the destination telephone number of your new Non- Geographic Number securely, on line, whenever you like. Giving you the ability to be as mobile an operation as you like.

Auto Attendant

You can set up a greeting which provides your callers with options such as “Dial 1 for sales, 2 for service etc.” Calls are then routed to the appropriate destination.

Multi Destination Routing

Whenever your number is busy or if you can’t answer the call within a pre-determined time the caller can be re-routed to multiple alternative destinations.

Time Based Routing

Your calls can be routed to different locations depending on the time of day, day of week or even day of year. Typically used for out of hours call handling.

Voice to Email
